Nursing care for a patient with immunotherapy-associated myocarditis and myositis caused by tirelizumab

总结1例替雷利珠单抗致免疫治疗相关性心肌炎及肌炎患者的护理经验。护理要点:组建多学科专科护理小组,制定分阶段个体化早期康复锻炼方案,结合Borg分级制定耐力运动处方、早期心肺康复锻炼、肢体康复锻炼;密切监测病情、积极配合救治工作;做好心理护理,加强体位管理,预防器械相关压力性损伤的发生;给予早期营养支持,加速患者康复。经多学科合作治疗和精心护理,患者好转出院,出院后随访发现患者基本恢复生活自理。

The nursing experience of a patient with immunotherapy-associated myocarditis and myositis caused by tirelizumab was summarized.The nursing key points were as below:the multidisciplinary specialist nursing team was established;a phased and individualized early rehabilitation exercise program was developed;the formulation of endurance exercise prescription,early cardiopulmonary rehabilitation exercise,and limb rehabilitation exercise combined with Borg classification;monitoring the conditions closely;cooperation with the treatment;psychological nursing;posture management;pressure ulcers prevention;early nutritional support.After multidisciplinary treatment and careful nursing,the patient was improved and discharged from the hospital.The follow-up after discharge showed that the patient basically resumed self-care.
