子宫内膜癌术前诊断性刮宫与术后病理结果的对比研究

Comparative study of preoperative diagnostic curettage and postoperative pathological results of endometrialcarcinoma

目的探讨子宫内膜癌术前诊断性刮宫与术后病理结果的差异。方法回顾性分析70例子宫内膜癌患者临床资料,内容包括主要类型、病理分期及临床分期等,对比子宫内膜癌术前诊断性刮宫与术后病理结果的差异。结果70例子宫内膜癌患者中,术前诊断性刮宫结果确诊60例,诊断确诊率为85.71%(60/70);术前临床分期诊断结果为Ⅰ期34例,Ⅱ期16例,Ⅲ期10例;术后病理分期诊断结果为Ⅰ期30例,Ⅱ期20例,Ⅲ期10例,符合率为86.67%;术前诊断性刮宫组织分级确诊G_(1)级30例,G_(2)级20例,G_(3)级10例,术后病理组织分级确诊G_(1)级19例,G_(2)级28例,G_(3)级13例,符合率为63.33%。结论术前诊断性刮宫与术后病理结果在子宫内膜癌的诊断上存在明显差异,医护人员需借助多种检查方法相结合评估患者病情,以进一步提高诊断准确率。

Objective To investigate the difference between preoperative diagnostic curettage and postoperative pathological results of endometrial carcinoma.Methods Clinical data of 70 cases of endometrial carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed,including the main types,pathological stages and clinical stages.The difference between preoperative diagnostic curettage and postoperative pathological results of endometrial carcinoma was compared.Results Among the 70 patients with endometrial carcinoma,60 cases were confirmed by preoperative diagnostic curettage,and the diagnosis rate was 85.71%(60/70).The preoperative clinical stages were 34 cases of stage Ⅰ,16 cases of stage Ⅱ,and 10 cases of stage Ⅲ.The pathological stages were 30 cases of stage 1,20 cases of stage and 10 cases of stage Ⅰ,the coincidence rate was 86.67%.Preoperative diagnostic curettage tissue classification confirmed G_(1) in 30 cases,G_(2) in 20 cases,G_(3) in 10 cases,postoperative pathological tissue classification confirmed G_(1) in 19 cases,G_(2) in 28 cases,G_(3) in 13 cases,the coincidence rate was 63.33%.Conclusion There are obvious differences between preoperative diagnostic curettage and postoperative pathological results in the diagnosis of endometrial cancer.Medical staff need to evaluate the patient's condition by combining multiple examination methods to further improve the diagnosticaccuracy.
