产后康复综合治疗仪联合围生期护理干预在产后尿潴留产妇中的应用效果

Application effect of postpartum rehabilitation combined with perinatal nursing intervention in postpartum womenwithurinary retention

目的探讨产后康复综合治疗仪联合围生期护理干预在产后尿潴留产妇中的应用效果。方法选择60例产后尿潴留产妇为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组采用产后康复综合治疗仪联合围生期护理干预。比较两组产后排尿指标及干预效果。结果干预后,观察组尿潴留完全缓解时间、首次排尿时间均短于对照组,首次排尿量多于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论产后康复综合治疗仪联合围生期护理干预在产后尿潴留产妇中的应用效果较好,可在短时间缓解尿潴留症状,恢复排尿功能,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the effect of postpartum rehabilitation combined with perinatal nursing intervention in postpartum women with urinary retention.Methods A total of 60 cases of postpartum women with urinary retention were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with postpartum rehabilitation combined with perinatal nursing intervention.Postpartum urination index and intervention effect were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the time of complete remission of urinary retention and first urination in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the first urination volume was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<o.05).Conclusion The application effect of postpartum rehabilitation combined with perinatal nursing intervention in postpartum women with urinary retention is good,which can relieve the symptoms of urinary retention in a short time,restore the urination function,and improve the clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
