个性化护理对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖控制及妊娠结局的影响

Effect of personalized nursing on blood glucose control and pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestationaldiabetes mellitus

目的分析妊娠期糖尿病患者采用个性化护理对血糖控制及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取56例妊娠期糖尿病患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组28例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用个性化护理,对比两组相关指标情况。结果观察组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖水平优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组阴道分娩率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组信念与态度、疾病知识、自我管理方法与行为评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者采取个性化护理效果较好,有利于控制其血糖水平,改善妊娠结局,提升自我管理能力,值得临床推广与应用。

objective Analyze the impact of personalized care on patients with personalized care on blood sugar control and pregnancy ending.Methods A total of 56 patients with gestational diabetes were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received personalized care.Blood glucose level,pregnancy outcome and self-management ability were compared between the two groups.Results Fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose levels in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).The delivery rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Belief and attitude,disease knowledge,self-management methods and behavior scores in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of personalized nursing for gestational diabetes mellitus patients is good,which is conducive to controlling blood sugar level,improving pregnancy outcome and enhancing self-management ability,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
