青海省盆腔脏器脱垂女性发生尿失禁的盆底功能及性生活质量分析

Analysis of pelvic function and sexual life quality in pelvic organ prolapse females with urinary incontinence in Qinghai Province

目的分析盆腔脏器脱垂(POP)女性发生尿失禁(UI)的盆底功能及性生活质量。方法选取763例行盆底功能筛查的POP女性,调查基本情况,填写盆底功能障碍问卷(PFDI-20)、盆腔脏器脱垂/尿失禁性功能问卷(PISQ-12);根据是否存在UI分为UI组和非UI组,分析POP女性盆底功能与性生活质量的相关性。结果本研究共回收完整问卷763份,回收率100%。UI组322例(42.20%),非UI组441例(57.80%)。非UI组、UI组的PFDI-20评分、PISQ-12评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。POP女性盆底功能与性生活质量具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论存在UI的POP女性的盆底功能与性生活质量较差,其盆底功能也影响性生活质量。

Objective To analyze the pelvic floor function and sexual life quality of women with pelvic organ prolapse(POP)with urinary incontinence(UI).Methods 763 women with POP who underwent pelvic floor function screening were selected to investigate the basic situation and fill in the pelvic floor dysfunction questionnaire(PFDI-20)and pelvic organ Prolapse/urinary incontinence questionnaire(PISQ-12).According to the presence or non-presence of UI group,the correlation between POP female pelvic floor function and sex life quality was analyzed.Results A total of 763 complete questionnaires were collected with a recovery rate of 100%.There were 322 cases(42.20%)in UI group and 441 cases(57.80%)in non-UI group.There were statistically significant differences in PFDI-20 scores and PISQ-12 scores between non-UI group and UI group(P<0.05).The pelvic floor function of POP women was correlated with the sexual life quality(P<0.05).Conclusion The pelvic floor function and sexual life quality of PoP women with UI are poor,and the pelvic floor function also affects the sexual life quality.
