探究宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床价值

To explore the clinical value of hysteroscopic surgery in the treatment of endometrial polyps

目的探究宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床价值。方法选取72例子宫内膜息肉患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各36例。对照组患者应用刮宫术治疗,观察组患者应用宫腔镜手术治疗。比较两组患者术中出血量、住院时间及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者术中出血量少于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者出血、复发、宫颈粘连等并发症总发生率(2.78%)低于对照组(16.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜息肉患者应用宫腔镜手术治疗,能够取得良好的治疗效果,患者术中出血量更少,且术后康复时间更短,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of hysteroscopic surgery in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods 72 patients with endometrial polyps were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with curettage,and the observation group was treated with hysteroscopic surgery.Intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications such as hemorrhage,recurrence and cervical adhesion in observation group(2.78%)was lower than that in control group(16.67%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hysteroscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with endometrial polyps can achieve good therapeutic effect,with less intraoperative blood loss and shorter postoperative rehabilitation time,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
