腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术治疗宫颈癌的临床分析

Clinical analysis of laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer in treatment of cervical cancer

目的探讨腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术治疗宫颈癌的临床疗效。方法选取60例宫颈癌患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组实施开腹宫颈癌根治术,研究组实施腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术。比较两组手术相关指标、并发症发生情况、手术前后生活质量评分及治疗满意度。结果研究组手术时间、术后排气时间、留置尿管时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组,且出血量少于对照组,淋巴结清扫数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(20.00%)(P<0.05)。手术后,两组生活质量评分高于手术前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术治疗宫颈癌的效果确切,患者术后康复时间较短,可提高患者满意度,且具有较高安全性,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer.Methods 60 patients with cervical cancer were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 3o cases in each group.The control group underwent laparotomy and the study group underwent laparoscopy.The indexes of operation,complications,quality of life before and after operation and satisfaction with operation were compared between the two groups,Results The operation time,postoperative exhaust time,catheter indentation time,getting out of bed time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the number of lymph node dissection was more than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the study(3.33%)was lower than that in the control group(20.00%)(P<0.05).After surgery,the quality of life scores of both groups were higher than before surgery,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic radical surgery for cervical cancer has definite effect,short postoperative recovery time,improved patient satisfaction,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
