210例子宫内膜息肉患者临床资料分析

Clinical data analysis of 210 patients with endometrial polyps

目的研究子宫内膜息肉在临床发病的危险因素,以期通过调控可变因素在一定程度上预防、降低子宫内膜息肉的发生风险。方法选取210例疑为子宫内膜息肉患者,根据宫腔镜检查结合术后病理检查结果为标准,将其分为对照组(76例,病理检查结果提示子宫内膜为增殖期或分泌期)与研究组(134例,病理检查结果提示为子宫内膜息肉患者)。比较两组患者临床资料以及分析子宫内膜息肉发病的危险因素。结果两组患者体质量指数(BMI)、阴道分泌物异常、患有高血压及糖尿病等发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示:糖尿病、肥胖、阴道分泌物异常为子宫内膜息肉发病的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论肥胖、糖尿病、阴道分泌物异常是子宫内膜息肉发病的危险因素,且独立影响其发病。对于高危人群,应注意生活习惯、积极控制基础疾病,可在一定程度上减少子宫内膜息肉的发生。

Objective To study the risk factors of endometrial polyps in clinical practice,in order to prevent and reduce the risk of endometrial polyps to some extent by regulating variable factors.Methods 210 patients with possible endometrial polyps were selected and divided into the control group(76 patients with proliferative or secretory stage indicated by pathological examination results)and the study group(134 patients with endometrial polyps indicated by pathological examination results)according to the criteria of hysteroscopy combined with postoperative pathological examination results.The general data of the two groups were compared and the risk factors of endometrial polyps were analyzed.Results There were significant differences in BMI,abnormal vaginal discharge and incidence of hypertension and diabetes between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that diabetes:obesity and abnormal vaginal secretions were risk factors for endometrial polyps(P<0.05).Conclusion Obesity,diabetes and abnormal vaginal discharge may be risk factors for the development of endometrial polyps,and independently affect its development.For high-risk groups,paying attention to lifestyle habits and actively controlling underlying diseases can reduce the occurrence of endometrial polyps to a certain extent.
