Research progress on the correlation between threatened abortion and cytokines

先兆流产是妊娠期常见的疾病,其病因及机制尚不明确,无法有效预测妊娠结局。现阶段多数研究认为免疫系统失衡,可能是导致先兆流产的重要因素,而细胞因子作为免疫系统发挥作用的核心介质与先兆流产具有紧密的联系。本文主要就细胞因子与先兆流产相关性的研究进展进行综述,可能为先兆流产的诊断、治疗和预后提供新的方向。

Threatened abortion is a common disease in pregnancy,its etiology and mechanism are not clear,and it can not effectively predict the outcome of pregnancy.At present,most studies believe that immune system imbalance may be an important factor leading to threatened abortion,and cytokines,as the core medium of immune system,have a close relationship with threatened abortion.In this article,we reviewed the research progress of the correlation between cytokines and threatened abortion,which may provide a new direction for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of threatened abortion.
