更年期女性保健应用性激素替代疗法的价值研析

Study on the value of sex hormone replacement therapy in health care for menopausal women

目的分析更年期女性保健应用性激素替代疗法的临床价值。方法选取92例更年期患者,基于入组时间分为对照组与干预组,各46例。对照组采用常规保健干预,干预组在对照组基础上采用性激素替代疗法。比较两组干预效果。结果干预组患者临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E)及促黄体生成素(LH)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,干预组FSH、LH水平低于对照组,E_(2)水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,干预组SAS评分、SDS评分分别为(49.33±2.05)分、(48.41±1.05)分,均明显低于对照组的(52.49±2.25)分、(51.42±1.89)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在更年期女性保健干预中,性激素替代疗法的临床应用价值显著,可有效改善性激素水平,促进预后,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of sex hormone replacement therapy in health care of menopausal women.Methods 92 climacteric patients were selected and divided into control group and intervention group based on enrollment time,46 cases in each group.The control group received routine health care intervention,and the intervention group received sex hormone replacement therapy on the basis of the control group.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the intervention group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E_(2))and luteinizing hormone(LH)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,FSH and LH levels in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and Ez levels were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,SAS score and SDS score of the intervention group were(49.33±2.05)points and(48.41±1.05)points,respectively,which were significantly lower than those of the control group(52.49±2.25)points and(51.42±1.89)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the health care intervention of menopausal women,sex hormone replacement therapy has significant clinical application value,can effectively improve the level of sex hormones,promote the prognosis,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
