1例跌重性闭经案例分析

A case study of heavy amenorrhea

闭经是当前育龄女性常见疾病,因会造成不孕症而严重影响其生活质量。本文拟报道1例由多囊卵巢综合征为初期表现,经多次诊断和治疗后,逐渐明确为跌重性闭经的16岁年轻患者。该患者停经后到医院就诊,检查提示促黄体生成素(LH)水平增高和卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平降低,妇科彩超检查提示多囊卵巢性改变,经多次治疗复诊后明确为跌重性闭经,再行生活方式调整和相关药物对症处理后逐渐恢复正常月经,经过保守治疗后完全好转。本文就报道跌重性闭经患者的发生、发展及恢复过程,为临床上治疗跌重性闭经提供良好的依据。

Amenorrhea is a common disease in women of childbearing age,which can cause infertility and seriously affect the quality of life of women.This paper reports a 16-year-old young patient with polycystic ovary syndrome(PoS),whose initial manifestation was gradually identified as severe amenorrhea after multiple diagnoses and treatments.The patient went to the hospital after menopause,and the examination indicated that the level of luteinizing hormone(LH)increased and the level of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)decreased,and the gynecological color ultrasound examination indicated polycystic ovarian changes.After repeated treatment and follow-up visit,it was clear that it was severe amenorrhea,and then lifestyle adjustment and symptomatic treatment of related drugs gradually resumed normal menstruation,and it was completely improved after conservative treatment.This case shows the occurrence,development and recovery process of patients with heavy amenorrhea,which provides a good basis for clinical treatment of heavy amenorrhea.
