预见性护理对减少阴道分娩产后出血的临床效果及对护理满意度分析

Clinical effect of predictive nursing on reducing postpartum hemorrhage during vaginal delivery and analysis ofnursingsatisfaction

目的观察预见性护理对减少阴道分娩产后出血的临床效果及对产妇护理满意度的影响。方法选取65名阴道分娩产妇,根据随机数字表法将产妇分为对照组(32名)与观察组(33名)。对照组产妇给予常规护理,观察组产妇给予预见性护理。比较两组应用效果。结果观察组产妇第一产程、第二产程及第三产程均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇产后出血率低于对照组,产后2h及24h出血量明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇护理满意度93.94%高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理能够有效缩短自然分娩产妇的产程,降低产后出血率,减少产后出血量,保证产妇的健康及安全,并提升其护理满意度,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of predictive nursing on reducing postpartum hemorrhage during vaginal delivery and its influence on the satisfaction of maternal nursing.Methods 65 women with vaginal delivery were selected and divided into control group(32 cases)and observation group(33 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given predictive nursing.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results The first,second and third stages of labor in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage at 2 h and 24 h was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Maternal nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 93.94%higher than that in the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing can effectively shorten the labor process of natural delivery,reduce the rate of postpartum bleeding,reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding,ensure the health and safety of pregnant women,and improve their nursing satisfaction,which has clinical promotion value.
