快速康复护理促进妇科腹腔镜术后患者胃肠功能恢复的效果分析

Effect analysis of rapid rehabilitation nursing in promoting gastrointestinal function recovery in gynecological laparoscopicpatients

目的探究快速康复护理对妇科腹腔镜术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法选取94例接受腹腔镜手术的患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(采用常规护理)与观察组(采用快速康复护理),每组47例。比较两组胃肠功能恢复情况、术后疼痛、炎性因子水平及并发症发生情况。结果观察组平均排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间及进食时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后4h、12h、24h、48h的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.26%,明显低于对照组的17.02%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与腹腔镜术后常规护理措施相比,快速康复护理模式的专业性更强,可促进患者胃肠功能恢复,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on gastrointestinal function recovery in gynecological laparoscopic patients.Methods 94 patients receiving laparoscopic surgery were selected and divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(rapid rehabilitation nursing)according to random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The recovery of gastrointestinal function,postoperative pain,inflammatory factors and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The average defecation time,bowel singing recovery time,exhaust time and feeding time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group at 4 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.26%,which was significantly lower than 17.02%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing measures after laparoscopic surgery,rapid rehabilitation nursing mode is more professional,can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
