产后综合护理在妊娠期糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果

Application effect of postpartum comprehensive nursing in nursing of gestational diabetes mellitus patients

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者实施产后综合护理的应用效果。方法选取100例妊娠期糖尿病患者,按照计算机法1:1分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采用产后常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用产后综合护理。比较两组患者血糖水平、临床指标及产褥期疾病发生率。结果干预前,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);产后3个月,对照组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖水平分别为(7.48±0.81)mmol/L、(9.04±0.95)mmol/L,观察组分别为(6.49±0.79)mmol/L、(8.10±1.02)mmol/L,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组泌乳始动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者发生产褥期感染、乳腺炎、便秘、漏尿总发生率为14.00%,观察组患者发生产褥期感染发生率为2.00%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后综合护理应用在妊娠期糖尿病患者中,可维持患者产后血糖水平稳定,有效缩短泌乳时间、住院时间,有利于预防产褥期并发症发生。

Objective To explore the effect of postpartum comprehensive nursing for patients with gestational diabetes.Methods 1o0 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were divided into control group and observation group l:1 according to computer method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received postpartum routine nursing,and the observation group received postpartum comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group.Blood glucose level,clinical indexes and incidence of puerperal diseases were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose level and 2 h postprandial blood glucose level between 2 groups(P>0.05).Three months after delivery,fasting blood glucose levels in control group and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels were(7.48±0.81)mmol/L and(9.04±0.95)mmol/L,respectively,while those in observation group were(6.49±0.79)mmol/L and(8.10±1.02)mmol/L,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The lactation initiation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of puerperal infection,mastitis,constipation and urine leakage in control group was 14.00%,and that in observation group was 2.00%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of postpartum comprehensive nursing in patients with gestational diabetes can maintain the stability of postpartum blood sugar level,effectively shorten the time of lactation and hospital stay,and help prevent puerperal compcications.
