煤矿加固用聚氨酯材料的制备及性能研究

摘要 以多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯作为矿用加固聚氨酯材料B组分的主要原料,以阻燃剂代替增塑剂及稀释剂,采用一步法制备B组分,从而开发出矿用加固聚氨酯材料。对其进行了催化剂添加量确定和阻燃性能及力学性能测试,并开展了矿下注浆试验。结果表明:催化剂的最佳添加质量分数为0.4%,制得的加固材料的阻燃性能优异,极限氧指数可达到29%,抗压强度高达70 MPa,注浆后能将破碎煤体黏结为一体,提高煤壁整体强度。 Using polyphenyl polymethylene polyisocyanate as the main raw material for component B of reinforcing polyurethane material for coal mine,and replacing plasticizer and diluent with flame retardant,a one-step process to prepare component B was adopted,thus developing a reinforcing polyurethane material for coal mine.The amount of catalyst added,flame retardancy and mechanical property tests were conducted,including the underground grouting test.The results showed that the optimal mass fraction of catalyst added was 0.4%,and the reinforcement material prepared had excellent flame retardancy,with an ultimate oxygen index of 29%and a compressive strength of up to 70 MPa.After the grouting,the crushed coal could be bonded together,and the overall strength of the coal wall was improved.
