摘要 以粉煤灰和固化剂为主要原料,开展了粉煤灰固化技术在建筑地基回填施工中的应用研究,结合固化工艺原理,分析了建筑地基回填施工的固化原理。通过配比分析确定固化剂与粉煤灰的质量比为15:100。根据建筑地基的地层结构,分析建筑地基的沉降情况。经过准备施工材料、施工放样和分层填筑煤灰地基等流程,制定了建筑地基回填施工方案,实现了建筑地基的回填施工。实例分析结果表明:本文所提技术在建筑地基回填施工中,养护7 d时的干密度低于养护28 d时,传感器采集到的建筑地基的压力强度均高于34 MPa,经过28 d养护后,可以提高建筑地基的压力强度,保证拟建建筑地基的稳定性。 Taking fly ash and curing agent as the main raw materials,the application of fly ash solidification technology in the backfill construction of building foundation was carried out.Combined with the solidification process principle,the solidification principle of building foundation backfill construction was analyzed.Through the ratio analysis,the mass ratio of curing agent to fly ash was determined as 15:100.According to the stratum structure of the building foundation,the settlement of building foundation was analyzed.After preparation of construction materials,construction setting out and layered filling of coal ash foundation,the backfill construction scheme of building foundation was formulated and the backfill construction of building foundation was realized.The practical analysis results showed that when the proposed technology was applied in the backfill construction of building foundation,the dry density at 7 d curing was lower than that at 28 d curing,and the pressure strength of the building foundation collected by the sensor was higher than 34 MPa.After 28 d curing,the pressure strength of the building foundation could be improved and the stability of the proposed building foundation could be guaranteed.
