煤矿矿井水催化深度除氟实验及工艺参数优化 被引量:1

摘要 为了使催化深度除氟工艺应用于煤矿矿井水,保证出水氟含量满足GB 3838—2002《地表水环境质量标准》Ⅲ类要求,分析了催化剂粒径和工艺条件对矿井水除氟的影响,并开展了连续催化深度除氟性能评价。结果表明:催化剂粒径对除氟效果影响不大,再生次数不影响除氟效果;催化剂投加量越大、空床停留时间越长及进水pH在7~8时,除氟效果越好。考虑到除氟效果及成本,确定最佳工艺条件为:催化剂投加量120 g、空床停留时间1.0 h、进水pH=7~8,在该条件下开展70 d连续实验,出水氟质量浓度可稳定在0.5 mg/L~0.6 mg/L。催化深度除氟工艺可应用于煤矿矿井水除氟领域。 In order to apply the catalytic deep defluorination process to the coal mine water and ensure the effluent fluoride content meeting the ClassⅢrequirements of GB 3838-2002 Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard,the analysis was made on the effect of catalyst particle size and process condition on the coal mine water defluorination,and continuous catalytic deep defluorination performance evaluation was conducted.The results showed that the catalyst particle size had little impact on the defluorination,and the regeneration times did not affect the defluorination effect.The larger the catalyst dosage,the longer the residence time and the pH of influent water at 7-8,the better the defluorination effect.Considering the defluorination effect and cost,the best defluorination conditions were as follows:catalyst dosage was 120 g,empty bed residence time was 1.0 h,and influent pH was 7-8.Under the optimal fluoride removal conditions,the 70 days continuous catalytic deep defluorination evaluation test was carried out,and the fluoride content in the effluent was stable at 0.5 mg/L-0.6 mg/L,which meant that the catalytic deep defluorination process could be widely used in the field of coal mine water defluorination.
