高校图书馆特色数字资源向社会公众开放现状研究——以39所“985工程”高校图书馆为例

The Current Situation of the Opening of Characteristic Digital Resources in University Libraries to the Public:Taking 39“Project 985”University Libraries as an Example

以校外用户的身份对39所“985工程”高校图书馆特色数字资源向社会公众开放现状进行调研与分析,发现特色数据库向公众开放过程中存在建设不足、建设偏离、开放不足和开放偏离四个方面的问题,并对“985工程”高校图书馆特色数字资源的建设和开放提出四点建议:从“孤军作战”到“共建众包”,在数字人文的背景下进行深度开发;“特藏要特”,建设特色或特殊的自建数据库;完善知识产权管理,对外开放促进共同进步;有针对性地适度开放各类资源。

A survey is conducted on the current situation of opening characteristic digital resources of 39“985 Project”university libraries to the public as off campus users.It is found that there are four problems in the process of opening characteristic databases to the public:insufficient construction,deviation from construction,insufficient opening,and deviation from opening.Four suggestions are proposed for the construction and opening of characteristic digital resources of“985 Project”university libraries:From“solitary warfare”to“co-construction crowdsourcing”,conducting in-depth development in the context of digital humanities;“special collection,special features”,building unique or special self-built databases;improving intellectual property management,opening up to the outside world,and promoting common progress;moderately opening up various resources with targeted measures.
