在图书馆发展过程中,越来越多新技术应用于图书馆读者决策采购和采编业务,对图书馆采编业务管理产生较大影响,也提出了新的要求。文章以广东省立中山图书馆为例,探讨了多种维度的读者决策采购实践过程,分析其对传统采编模式造成的影响与挑战,提出通过持续优化系统平台、创新图书自动化编目加工流程、建立科学服务评价机制、坚持融合创新的采编理念,以重构采编业务管理模式的可行性方法。

In the process of library development,more and more new technologies have been applied to patron driven acquisitions,procurement and cataloging business,which has had a great impact on library cataloging business management,and also put forward new requirements.The paper takes the Sun Yat-sen Library of Guangdong Province as an example to explore the practical process of Patron Driven Acquisitions in multiple dimensions,analyzes its challenges to the traditional acquisition and cataloging mode,and puts forward how to reconstruct the acquisition and cataloging business management mode by continuously optimizing the system platform,innovating the automatic book cataloging process,establishing the scientific service evaluation mechanism,and adhering to the integration and innovation of the acquisition and cataloging concept.
