国内外信息资源管理学科对COVID-19的研究总结与思考——基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer知识图谱的可视化计量分析

Research Summary and Reflection on COVID-19 in Information Resource Management Disciplines at Home and Abroad:Visual Measurement Analysis Based on CiteSpace and VOSviewer Knowledge Map

文章运用文献计量法和科学知识图谱法,基于CNKI和Web of Science数据库,借助Citespace和VOSviewer软件对国内外信息资源管理学科关于新冠疫情研究文献进行聚类、共现等可视化分析,得出新冠疫情期间国内外信息资源管理学科研究热点主要聚焦在公共危机预警、应急舆情分析、信息综合治理、知识服务质量、信息系统便利度等方面。总结出未来信息资源管理助力公共文化事业发展将持续增强、应对重大危机处理能力将得到有效提升、以人为本的服务理念将不断深入等趋势。

This article uses the bibliometric method and scientific knowledge map method,based on CNKI and Web of Science databases,with the help of Citespace and VOSviewer software,to carry out clustering,co-occurrence and other visual analysis of research literature on“COVID-19 pandemic”in the field of information resource management at home and abroad.It is concluded that during the COVID-19 period,the research hotspots of information resource management at home and abroad mainly focus on public crisis early warning,emergency public opinion analysis,comprehensive information management,knowledge service quality,and information system convenience,and that in the future,information resources management will continue to enhance the development of public cultural undertakings,the ability to deal with major crises will be effectively improved,and the people-oriented service concept will continue to deepen.
