摘要
氢气(H_(2))作为一种安全的新型生物医学效应气体,在皮肤病防治中得到了实验探索和临床应用。本文综述了H_(2)在治疗银屑病、皮肤恶性肿瘤、Ⅰ型超敏反应、紫外线损伤、急性炎症性红斑等皮肤疾病中的基础和临床研究进展,阐述了H_(2)选择性清除活性氧自由基、下调炎症分子水平、调节特定的信号途径的相关分子机制,并对H_(2)使用方法进行归纳,以期为H_(2)在皮肤疾病中更广泛的临床应用提供参考。
As a new biomedical effect gas with great safety,hydrogen(H_(2))has attracted a widespread attention in the application of skin diseases.This paper reviews the experimental research progress of H_(2) in more than ten kinds of skin diseases,such as psoriasis,skin tumor,type I hypersensitivity reaction,ultraviolet damage,acute inflammatory erythema and so on.The relevant mechanisms such as selective scavenging of ROS,the inhibition of inflammatory molecules,and the regulation of specific signaling pathways are discussed.Meanwhile,the methods of H_(2)-application are discussed.The purpose of this review is to provide a scientific reference for the clinical application of H_(2) in skin diseases.
