单细胞测序技术在心肌炎中的研究进展

摘要 心肌炎是由感染、免疫及中毒等原因引起的心肌组织炎症,发病机制不明,目前缺乏无创、特异性强的诊断方式。单细胞测序技术是在单个细胞的水平上,对相关组学进行测序分析的一项新技术,具有可以揭示单个细胞基因表达变化的特性,在鉴定新细胞类型、绘制细胞发育及分化轨迹、探索细胞群体协作关系及预测基因调控机制等方面显示出巨大的优势。本文介绍了单细胞测序技术及其在心肌炎中的研究进展,并对其发展前景进行了展望。 Myocarditis is an inflammation of the myocardial tissue caused by infection,immunity,and poisoning.Despite that,the clear pathogenesis and a non-invasive,specific diagnosis remain elusive.Single cell sequencing is a new technique for sequencing and analyzing related genomics at the level of a single cell,which can reveal gene expression changes and the characteristics of a single cell.It has great advantages in identifying new cell types,mapping cell development and differentiation,exploring cell population cooperation and predicting gene regulation mechanisms.This paper introduces the progress of single cell sequencing and its research progress in myocarditis,and looks forward to its future development prospects.
