心外膜脂肪组织与左房构型及功能的关系研究进展

摘要 心外膜脂肪组织(epicardial adipose tissue,EAT)是位于心脏外表面的一层脂肪组织。研究表明,EAT可以分泌多种激素和细胞因子,并参与调节心脏的生理状态,在心血管疾病的发病机制中起到了重要作用,其过度积累和炎症反应会增加心血管疾病的风险,包括高血压病、冠心病、瓣膜钙化及心脏衰竭等。本文就EAT与左心房的构型和功能的关系作一综述。 Epicardial adipose tissue(EAT)is a layer of adipose tissue located on the outer surface of the heart.Studies have shown that EAT can secrete a variety of hormones and cytokines,and play an important role in regulating the physiological state of the heart,and it has played an important role in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases.Its excessive accumulation and inflammatory response increase the risk of cardiovascular disease,including hypertension,coronary heart disease,valve calcification and heart failure.This article reviews the relationship between EAT and the configuration and function of left atrium.
