2种镍钛器械行一次性根管治疗后根管治疗期间急发症的发生情况比较

Comparison of the Occurrence of Acute Disease During Disposable Root Canal Treatment with Two Nickel-Titanium Devices

目的:评估2种镍钛器械行一次性根管治疗期间急发症发生情况。方法:选择2020年5月~2021年12月本院行一次性根管治疗的110例患者作为研究对象。基于SPSS22.0软件生成的随机序列均分为对照组与观察组,每组各55例;对照组给予WaveOne器械根管预备,观察组给予Mtwo器械根管预备;评估比较两组治疗后不同时段(2d与7d)疼痛程度、急发症情况。结果:治疗后2d,观察组VAS疼痛评分(2.41±1.02)分低于对照组的(3.35±1.11)分,P<0.001;且该组急发症发生率(5.45%)低于对照组(20.00%),P<0.05。结论:2种常用镍钛器械中Mtwo器械效果更优异,相较于WaveOne器械疼痛程度更轻,急发症发生率更低。

Objective:To evaluate the incidence of emergencies during one-time root canal therapy with two kinds of nickel titanium instruments.Methods:From May 2020 to December 2021,110 patients who received one-time root canal therapy in our hospital were selected as subjects.Randomized sequences generated by SPSS22.0 software were divided into control group and observation group,with 55 cases in each group;The control group received root canal preparation with WaveOne instrument,while the observation group received root canal preparation with Mtwo instrument;Evaluate and compare the degree of pain and acute symptoms of the two groups at different periods(2d and 7d)after treatment.Results:2 days after treatment,VAS pain score in the observation group(2.41±1.02)was lower than that in the control group(3.35±1.11)(P<0.001);The incidence of acute disease in this group(5.45%)was lower than that in the control group(20.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Among the two commonly used nickel titanium instruments,the Mtwo instrument is more effective,with less pain and lower incidence of acute disease compared with the WaveOne instrument.
