Neuroform3 Stent Combined with Coil Embolization for Wide-Necked Intracranial Aneurysms:Comprehensive Efficacy,NIHSS and ADL Scores

目的:研究Neuroform3支架联合弹簧圈栓塞对脑宽颈动脉瘤患者的综合疗效及对NIHSS、ADL评分的影响。方法:选取2019年11月~2021年8月于本院进行手术的脑宽颈动脉瘤患者80例,使用电脑随机法将80例患者分为两组,每组各40例,对照组患者仅使用弹簧圈栓塞进行治疗,研究组患者使用Neuroform3支架联合弹簧圈栓塞进行治疗,比较两组患者综合疗效,治疗前后NIHSS,ADL评分和并发症发生率。结果:①研究组患者治疗总有效率为87.50%,明显高于对照组患者治疗总有效率65.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),可以发现应用Neuroform3支架联合弹簧圈栓塞具有很强的临床价值;②两组在治疗前经分析HIHSS和ADL评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者的两个评分情况均有所改变,且研究组患者NIHSS和ADL评分情况要好于对照组(P<0.05);③治疗后对两组的并发症发生率进行分析,对照组患者并发症发生率高于研究组患者并发症发生率,P<0.05。结论:Neuroform3支架联合弹簧圈栓塞对脑宽颈动脉瘤可以有效提高患者治疗疗效,NIHSS及ADL评分,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To study the comprehensive efficacy of Neuroform3 stent combined with coil embolization in patients with cerebral wide neck aneurysms and its impact on NIHSS and ADL scores.Methods:80 patients with cerebral wide neck aneurysms who underwent surgery in our hospital from November 2019 to August 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using computer randomization,with 40 patients in each group.The control group patients were only treated with coil embolization,while the study group patients were treated with Neuroform3 stent combined with coil embolization.The comprehensive efficacy,NIHSS,ADL score,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the study group patients was 87.50%,significantly higher than that of the control group patients at 65.00%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).It can be found that the use of Neuroform3 stent combined with coil embolization has strong clinical value;②There was no statistically significant difference in HIHSS and ADL scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,both scores of the two groups of patients changed,and the NIHSS and ADL scores of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);③After treatment,the incidence of complications in the two groups was analyzed,and the incidence of complications in the control group was higher than that in the study group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Neuroform3 stent combined with coil embolization can effectively improve the therapeutic efficacy,NIHSS and ADL scores,and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with wide-necked aneurysms.
