肠镜联合腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术对患者术后应激反应的影响

The Effect of Colonoscopy Combined with Laparoscopic Radical Resection of Colorectal Cancer on Postoperative Stress Response in Patients

目的:观察肠镜联合腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术对患者术后应激反应的影响。方法:回顾性选取2020年1月~2023年1月在本院接受手术治疗的结直肠癌根治术治疗的患者资料,从中选取单纯腹腔镜下手术的32例患者纳入腹腔镜组,选取肠镜联合腹腔镜下手术的32例患者纳入联合组。对比两组临床指标及术后应激反应指标的变化情况。结果:联合组各项临床指标时间均短于腹腔镜组(P<0.05);术后3d,联合组血清炎性应激反应指标、肠神经反应指标均低于腹腔镜组(P<0.05),免疫反应指标水平均高于腹腔镜组(P<0.05)。结论:肠镜联合腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术对患者术后应激反应影响更轻,有利于患者术后恢复。

Objective:To observe the effect of colonoscopy combined with laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer on postoperative stress response in patients.Methods:Retrospective selection of patients undergoing radical surgery for colorectal cancer in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023.32 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery alone were included in the laparoscopic group,and 32 patients who underwent colonoscopy combined with laparoscopic surgery were included in the combined group.Compare the changes in clinical indicators and postoperative stress response indicators between two groups.Results:The clinical indicators in the combined group were shorter than those in the laparoscopic group(P<0.05);3 days after surgery,the serum inflammatory stress response indicators and intestinal nerve response indicators in the combination group were lower than those in the laparoscopic group(P<0.05),and the levels of immune response indicators were higher than those in the laparoscopic group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of colonoscopy and laparoscopic radical resection for colorectal cancer has a lighter impact on postoperative stress response in patients,which is beneficial for postoperative recovery.
