双波长激光联合纳晶微针治疗血管型黄褐斑

Dual Wavelength Laser Combined with Nanocrystalline Microneedle for Treatment of Vascular Melasma

目的:分析双波长激光联合纳晶微针治疗血管型黄褐斑的疗效。方法:选取2019年12月~2022年5月本院收治的血管型黄褐斑患者66例,随机分组,对照组采用常规双波长激光治疗,研究组在其基础上结合纳晶微针治疗,分析两组患者临床疗效、MASI评分、患者满意度。结果:研究组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);研究组MASI评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组满意度高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:通过对血管型黄褐斑患者实施双波长激光联合纳晶微针治疗可以取得良好成效。

Objective:To explore and analyze the treatment of vascular melasma with dual wavelength laser combined with nanocrystalline microneedle.Methods:A total of 66 patients with vascular melasma admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to May 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional dual-wavelength laser therapy,and the study group was treated with nanocrystalline microneedle therapy on the basis of conventional dual-wavelength laser therapy.The clinical efficacy,MASI score and patient satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The MASI score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dual wavelength laser combined with nanocrystalline microneedle has achieved good results in the treatment of vascular melasma.
