经颅彩色多普勒超声对急性脑梗死患者的诊断研究

Diagnosis of Acute Cerebral Infarction by Transcranial Color Doppler Ultrasonography

目的:探究经颅彩色多普勒超声在急性脑梗死患者临床诊断上的应用价值。方法:选取2022年1月~2022年12月在本院收治的急性脑梗死患者72例作为观察组,根据患者病情严重程度将其分为轻度组(n=26)、中度组(n=34)和重度组(n=12),另选取同时间段内在本院接受健康体检的40例健康人作为对照组。所有研究对象均接受经颅彩色多普勒超声检查,比较检查结果。结果:经比较观察组和对照组研究对象的血流参数,观察组的大脑前动脉、大脑中动脉、大脑后动脉的平均血流速度均小于对照组,且观察组大脑前动脉、大脑中动脉、大脑后动脉的脉动指数均大于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经比较不同病情严重程度急性脑梗死患者的血流参数,重度组患者的大脑前动脉、大脑中动脉、大脑后动脉平均血流速度小于轻度组和中度组,脉动指数大于轻度组和中度组,有统计学意义。结论:急性脑梗死患者接受经颅彩色多普勒超声检查可明确病情,同时可以根据脑血流参数指标反映出病情的严重程度,可为病情诊断和预后评估提供科学的参考依据。

Objective:To explore the application value of transcranial color Doppler ultrasound in the clinical diagnosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:72 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group.According to the severity of the patients,they were divided into mild group(n=26),moderate group(n=34)and severe group(n=12),and 40 healthy people who received physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.All subjects underwent transcranial color Doppler ultrasonography and the results were compared.Results:By comparing the blood flow parameters of the subjects in the observation group and the control group,the average blood flow velocity of the anterior cerebral artery,middle cerebral artery and posterior cerebral artery in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the pulse index of the anterior cerebral artery,middle cerebral artery and posterior cerebral artery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).By comparing the blood flow parameters of patients with different severity of acute cerebral infarction,the average blood flow velocity of anterior cerebral artery,middle cerebral artery and posterior cerebral artery of patients in severe group was lower than that in mild and moderate group,and the pulse index was higher than that in mild and moderate group,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:Transcranial color Doppler ultrasonography in patients with acute cerebral infarction can clarify the condition,and can reflect the severity of the condition according to cerebral blood flow parameters.It can provide scientific reference for diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of the condition.
