Identification and Solution of Failure of Infusion Pump in Gastroenterology Clinical Application

目的:探讨在消化科临床应用中输液泵故障的识别方法与解决策略,以提高医护人员对于输液泵故障的解决能力,保障患者的治疗安全。方法:临床实践经验分享和案例分析相结合的方法,对输液泵在消化科临床应用中的故障进行分类和总结,提出相应的解决策略。结果:经过分类和总结,发现消化科临床应用中输液泵故障主要包括管道连接故障、泵体机械故障、输液剂量控制故障、输液速度控制故障和其他辅助功能故障等五类。结论:输液泵故障在消化科临床应用中是常见问题,但通过分类总结和提出相应的解决策略,可以有效地解决这些故障,保障患者的治疗安全。

Objective:To explore the identification methods and solutions for infusion pump failures in gastroenterology clinical applications,in order to improve the ability of medical staff to solve infusion pump failures and ensure the safety of patient treatment.Methods:A combination of clinical practice experience sharing and case analysis was used to classify and summarize the failures of infusion pumps in gastroenterology clinical applications,and corresponding solutions were proposed.Results:After classification and summary,it was found that infusion pump failures in clinical applications in the digestive department mainly include five types:pipeline connection failures,pump body mechanical failures,infusion dose control failures,infusion speed control failures,and other auxiliary function failures.Conclusion:Infusion pump failures are common problems in gastroenterology clinical applications,but through classification,summarization,and proposing corresponding solutions,we can effectively solve these failures and ensure the safety of patient treatment.
