基于非靶向代谢组学鉴定不同蜜源蜂巢生物活性成分

摘要 蜂巢具有多种生物活性功能,但对其生物活性成分的研究鲜见。该研究采用液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱(liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry,LC-Q-TOF/MS)技术分析来自云南的4种不同蜜源蜂巢样本,筛选差异代谢物及生物活性物质。结果显示,蜜源为百花、草药及米团花的蜂巢均含有对人体有益的生物活性成分,且三者之间代谢物差异显著,以草药和米团花为蜜源的蜂巢生物活性物质更为丰富。两种蜂巢中共鉴定出45种活性物质,包括氨基酸及其衍生物、黄酮类化合物、有机酸及其衍生物、酚酸类物质、糖类物质、吲哚及其衍生物、辅酶和维生素类以及生物碱。非靶向代谢组学技术能够精准地揭示不同蜜源蜂巢的生物活性物质,为不同蜜源蜂巢的识别和评价提供技术参考。 Beehives have various bioactive functions,but few of research was carried out to study their bioactive components.This study adopted liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(LC-QTOF/MS)to analyze four different beehive samples from Yunnan to screen differential metabolites and bioactive substances.The result showed that hives with nectar sources of floral bland,herbal medicine,and Leucosceptrum canum Sm.all contained bioactive components beneficial for human beings.There are huge differences between these 3 hives:hives with herbal medicine and Leucosceptrum canum Sm.as nectar sources have richer bioactive substances.A total of 45 active substances were identified in the two hives,including amino acids and their derivatives,flavonoids,organic acids and their derivatives,phenolic acids,glycans,indoles and their derivatives,coenzymes and vitamins,and alkaloids.The non-targeted metabolomics technology can precisely reveal the bioactive substances of the beehive with different nectar sources,which makes a technical reference to the identification and evaluation of different beehive sources.
