板栗加工副产物综合利用研究进展

摘要 该文概述板栗加工副产物的组成,详述板栗加工副产物在农业种植利用、工业应用、活性物质提取应用、化妆品与食品领域综合利用等方面的研究现状,并对其未来发展趋势进行展望,旨在进一步提高板栗加工副产物的综合利用潜力,促进我国板栗产业高质量发展。 The composition of chestnut processing by-products was introduced.The studies about chestnut processing by-products in terms of agricultural cultivation,industrial application,extraction of active substances,and application in cosmetics and food industries were reviewed.Furthermore,the future development trends of these by-products were prospected,with a view to improving the comprehensive utilization potential of chestnut processing by-products and promoting the high-quality development of China's chestnut industry.
