6900例泌尿感染科患者HPV感染型别分布研究

Distribution of HPV infection types in 6900 patients with urological infection

目的:了解山东第一医科大学附属皮肤病医院就诊患者人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染率和亚型分布情况。方法:对2021年4月至2023年4月就诊于我院泌尿感染科门诊的6900例患者采用PCR-反向点杂交法进行HPV分型检测,并采用X2检验进行数据分析。结果:6900例样本中,男4803例,女2097例。年龄1~84岁。HPV阳性4377例,阳性率63.43%,HPV感染型别居于前六位分别为HPV6(23.52%),HPV11(14.65%),HPV16(8.49%),HPV52(8.43%),HPV42(7.30%),HPV51(6.28%)。HPV单一感染者有2154例,占比31.22%,多重感染者为2223例,占32.22%。<20、20~30、31~40、41~50、>50岁不同年龄段的HPV感染率分别为71.78%、64.84%、60.11%、61.51%、68.30%,男性HPV感染高峰出现在20岁以下及50岁以上,女性则出现在30岁以下及50岁以上。不同年龄段的男女HPV感染率均有显著差异(均P<0.05)。结论:本研究中女性HPV高危型感染率明显高于男性,而女性HPV低危型的感染率低于男性;男女HPV感染率随着年龄的变化均成“U”型分布。

Objective:To investigate the prevalence and subtype distribution of human papillomavirus(HPV)infection in patients attending the Shandong Provincial Hospital for Skin Diseases of Shandong First Medical University.Methods:HPV typing was identified by PCR-reverse dot hybridization among 6900 patients admitted to the outpatient department of urinary Infection of our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 and the data were analyzed by the chi-square test.Results:Of the 6900 samples,4803 were male and 2097 were female,ranging in age from 1 to 84 years old.4377 cases were positive for HPV,the positivity rate was 63.43%.The top six HPV types were HPV6(23.52%),HPV11(14.65%),HPV16(8.49%),HPV52(8.43%),HPV42(7.30%),and HPV51(6.28%).There were 2154 cases of HPV single infection(31.22%),and 2223 cases of polyinfection(32.22%).The HPV infection rates in different age groups of<20,20-30,31-40,41-50 and>50 years were 71.78%,64.84%,60.11%,61.51%,and 68.30%,respectively,and the peak of HPV infection occurred in men below 20 years and above 50 years,and in women below 30 years and above 50 years.There were significant differences in HPV infection rates between men and women at different ages(P s<0.05).Conclusion:HPV high-risk type infection rate was significantly higher in female than in male in this study,while HPV low-risk type infection rate in female was lower than in male.HPV infection rate in male and female showed a U-shaped distribution with age.
