以假水疱样皮损为主要表现的基底细胞癌一例

Basal cell carcinoma with pseudovesicle appearance as the main manifestation:a case report

本文报道一例以假水疱样外观为主要表现的基底细胞癌。患者右侧鼻旁沟处可见红色假水疱样皮损,边界较清,皮损中央可见糜烂,周边可见明显的毛细血管扩张,质软。经病理学检查诊断为结节囊肿型基底细胞癌。

We report a case of basal cell carcinoma with pseudoblister like appearance as the main manifestation.The patient showed a red pseudoblister like skin lesion in the paranasal sulcus on the right side,with clear boundaries,erosion in the center of the skin lesion,and obvious telangiectasia in the periphery,which was soft.The diagnosis of nodular cyst type basal cell carcinoma was made according the pathological features.
