我国BIM政策主题的时空演变研究

A Study of the Spatiotemporal Evolution of BIM Policy Topics in China

为了总结政策经验、提高政策针对性,通过动态主题模型,将2009—2022年内3702条BIM相关政策,创新性地分为BIM强相关政策与BIM弱相关政策,并在时间、空间、主题维度上进行了立体分析。结果表明,两类政策在主题上主要由人才培养、应用示范围绕推广发展展开,BIM弱相关政策还侧重行业层面的改革与未来发展;在时间上BIM强相关政策逐渐多元化并全面发展,BIM弱相关政策稳定性和连续性较高;在地区上两类政策整体上呈现局部尝试、中央引导、自东南向西北逐渐完善的形势,但BIM强相关政策仍存在地区差异。建议促进各地区协同发展、深入与企业联系、强化多部门合作。

To summarize the experience and improve policy pertinence,a three-dimensional analysis was conducted in terms of time,region,and topic dimensions through the dynamic topic model on 3702 BIM policies from 2009 to 2022 that were innovatively divided into BIM strong-related policies and BIM weak-related policies.The results show that the two types of policies are mainly composed of talent training and application demonstration around promotion and development.BIM weak-related policies also focus on industry-level reform and development.BIM strong-related policies gradually diversified over time and developed comprehensively,while BIM weak-related policies have high stability and continuity.The two types of policies present a situation of local attempts,central guidance,and gradual improvement from southeast to northwest.However,there are still regional differences in BIM strong-related policies.It is suggested to promote coordinated development among regions,deepen contacts with enterprises,and strengthen cooperation among multiple departments.
