基于BIM的装配式建筑全产业链质量管理研究

Research on the Quality Management of the Whole Industry Chain of Prefabricated Buildings Based on BIM

新时代背景下,装配式建筑已成为促进建筑业实现智能化、工业化、绿色化转型升级与高质量发展的必然途径,目前我国装配式建筑还没有形成与之配套的全产业链质量管理体系,严重阻碍了装配式建筑快速发展。通过文献研究法与专家咨询法,建立了装配式建筑全产业链质量影响因素,用因子分析法确定了各指标权重,找出了预制构件的存放方式、构件拆分合理性、质量监管规范性等11项关键影响因素。并基于BIM技术,针对关键因素,从设计、生产、仓储运输、施工及运维的全产业链协同角度提出了装配式建筑质量管理对策,以期为装配式建造行业提供理论借鉴。

In the context of the new era,prefabricated buildings have become an inevitable way to promote the construction industry to realize the transformation and upgrading of intelligence,industrialization,greening and high-quality development.At present,the quality management system of the whole industry chain supporting prefabricated buildings has not been formed in China,which seriously hinders the rapid development of prefabricated buildings.The quality influencing factors of the whole industrial chain of prefabricated buildings are selected through the method of literature research and expert consultation.The weights of each indicator are determined by the factor analysis method.ll critical influencing factors are identified,including the storage ways of prefabricated components,the rationality of component splitting and the standardization of quality supervision.Based on BIM technology,the quality management countermeasures of prefabricated buildings are proposed from the perspective of the whole industry chain coordination of design,production,warehousing and transportation,construction and operation and maintenance in response to the critical factors,to provide a theoretical reference for the prefabricated construction industry.
