摘要
“资源诅咒”是中国资源型地区绿色经济转型面临的主要困境之一。作为新一轮技术进步的核心力量,产业智能化为破除“资源诅咒”提供了新的路径。本文运用2012—2021年104个资源型城市和171个非资源型城市的面板数据,检验产业智能化对“资源诅咒”的影响及其机制,得出以下结论:资源型城市产业智能化能够破除“资源诅咒”,而非资源型城市产业智能化对“资源诅咒”的影响并不显著。机制研究表明,产业结构高级化和产业结构合理化是资源型城市产业智能化破除“资源诅咒”的主要机制。非资源型城市产业智能化未能推动产业结构高级化,因此未对“资源诅咒”产生降低作用。异质性检验表明,产业智能化对衰退型资源城市“资源诅咒”影响较大。研究结果为资源型城市转型升级提供了中国证据。
The“resource curse”is one of the most significant challenges in the green economic transformation of China's resource-rich regions.As the driving force behind the new round of technological progression,industrial intelligence offers a new way to break the“resource curse”.Using the panel data of 104 resource cities and 171 non-resource cities from 2012 to 2021,this paper examines the impact of industrial intelligence on the“resource curse”and its mechanism.It reaches the following conclusions:Industrial intelligence in resource cities can break the“resource curse”,whereas industrial intelligence in non-resource cities has little effect on the“resource curse”.The mechanism analysis demonstrates that advanced industrial structure and rationalization of industrial structure are the primary mechanisms utilized by resource-based cities'industrial intelligence to overcome the“resource curse”.The“resource curse”is not alleviated by industrial intelligence in non-resource cities,as it fails to promote industrial structure advancement.The heterogeneity test demonstrates that industrial intelligence has a greater impact on the“resource curse”in cities with diminishing resource availability.The results of the research provide evidence for the transformation and upgrading of China's resource cities.
