摘要
采用氧化还原法制备石墨烯,研究制备了还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)/聚甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲基氨基乙酯(PDMAEMA)或聚甲基丙烯酸(PMAA)气体传感器,通过对不同条件下气体响应性能的检测,设计开发了柔性石墨烯气体传感器.分别用质量分数为0 wt%、1 wt%、2 wt%、5 wt%和10 wt%的高分子聚合物测试了不同质量分数下电学性质的差异,结果显示,rGO/PDMAEMA传感器中5 wt%和10 wt%两种浓度的响应性能最好,其中5wt%浓度的响应最为敏感.
Graphene was prepared by using the redox method,and graphene oxide(rGO)/poly N,N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate(PDMAEMA)and polymethacrylic acid(PMAA)gas sensors were studied and prepared.After testing their gas response performance under different conditions,a flexible graphene-based gas sensor was designed and developed.Polymers with mass fractions of 0 wt%,1 wt%,2 wt%,5 wt%and 10 wt%were used to test the differences in electrical properties at different mass fractions.The outcome of these experiments revealed that sensors comprised of 5 wt%and 10 wt%PDMAEMA/GO formulations showed the most promising response profiles and the 5 wt%concentration variant displayed the highest level of sensitivity.
