数据挖掘熊大经教授治疗慢性鼻窦炎组方规律

Data Mining of Prescription Patterns for Chronic Sinusitis by Professor Xiong Dajing

目的:利用数据挖掘技术分析第二届全国名中医熊大经教授治疗慢性鼻窦炎的处方用药规律。方法:收集熊大经教授治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者的有效处方,采用频数分析、聚类分析、关联规则分析、因子分析和复杂网络分析等数据挖掘方法探讨熊教授用药组合规律。结果:收集纳入熊大经教授治疗慢性鼻窦炎处方260首,使用中药共计86味,用药总频次2622次。常用药物22种。聚类分析将常用药物分为清胆泻热、排脓通窍和养阴生津、健脾消食两大类。因子分析提取到7个公因子,累计因子贡献率65.2%。二项关联中支持度最高的是黄芪→桔梗,三项关联中支持度最高的是黄芪-地龙→白芷,四项关联中支持度最高的是柴胡-黄芪-地龙→白芷。复杂网络分析得出熊大经教授治疗鼻窦炎核心方及常用剂量:山药30 g,桔梗20 g,地龙20 g,黄芪30 g,南沙参30 g,天花粉20 g,北沙参20 g,柴胡10 g,茯苓20 g,枳壳10 g,白芷10 g,砂仁10 g,麦冬20 g,黄芩10 g,藁本15 g,鸡内金20 g,瓜蒌10 g。结论:利用数据挖掘技术既揭示了熊大经教授治疗鼻窦炎的组方规律,同时又验证了通玄府、利枢机、和清窍为其治疗慢性鼻窦炎治的学术思想。

Objective:Using data mining technology to analyze the prescription rules of chronic sinusitis treated by Professor Xiong Dajing,the second national famous traditional Chinese medicine professor.Methods:The effective prescriptions of Professor Xiong Dajing in the treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis were collected.Data mining methods such as frequency analysis,cluster analysis,association rule analysis,factor analysis and complex network analysis were used to explore Professor Xiong’s medication combination rules.Results:A total of 260 prescriptions for chronic sinusitis treated by Professor Xiong Dajing were collected.A total of 86 Chinese medicines were used,with a total frequency of 2622 times.There were 22 kinds of commonly used drugs.Cluster analysis divided commonly used drugs into two categories:clearing Gallbladder and purging Heat,expelling pus and dredging orifices;nourishing Yin and generating fluid,invigorating Spleen and eliminating food.Seven common factors were extracted by factor analysis,and the cumulative factor contribution rate was 65.2%.The highest support in the two-item association is Astragalus→Platycodon grandiflorum,the highest support in the three-item association is Astragalus-Pheretima→Angelica dahurica,and the highest support in the four-item association is Bupleurum-Astragalus-Pheretima→Angelica dahurica.The core prescription and common dosage of Professor Xiong Dajing in the treatment of sinusitis were obtained by complex network analysis:yam 30 g,platycodon grandiflorum 20 g,earthworm 20 g,astragalus 30 g,nanshashen 30 g,trichosanthin 20 g,beishashen 20 g,bupleurum 10 g,poria cocos 20 g,fructus aurantii 10 g,angelica 10 g,amomum 10 g,ophiopogonis 20 g,scutellaria 10 g,ligustilbene 15 g,jineijin 20 g,trichosanthis 10 g.Conclusion:The use of data mining technology not only reveals the prescription rules of Professor Xiong Dajing in the treatment of sinusitis,but also verifies the academic thought of dredging sweat pore,easing cardinal and harmonizing the clear orifices in the treatment of chronic sinusitis.
