特长隧道沥青路面抗滑处治措施

Study on Anti-Skid Treatment Measures of Asphalt Pavement in Long Tunnel

摘要 针对隧道沥青路面通车运营后抗滑性能下降较快的问题,分析了隧道沥青路面抗滑性能衰减机理及成因,设计了物理涂刷、化学清洗及加铺罩面等5种试验方案,验证修复效果和路用性能影响。结果显示,抛丸处理后沥青路面横向力系数提高了57.6%,路表微观纹理密度提高了26.5%~31.7%。采用CAP封层处治,增加了胎路接触点和轮胎与路面的摩擦力,抗滑性能提升103%,且衰减速度较慢、施工周期短、经济性较好。 Aiming at the problem that the anti-skid performance of tunnel asphalt pavement decreases rapidly after being open to traffic,inthis paper,the mechanism and causes of the anti-skid performance of tunnel asphalt pavement have beenanalyzed,withfive test schemesbeing designed,including physical brushing,chemical cleaning and overlay,to verify the repair effect and the influence of road performance.The results have shown that the transverse force coefficient of asphalt pavement is increased by 57.6%and the microscopic texture density of pavement surface is increased by 26.5%~31.7%after shot blasting.The use of CAP sealing layer treatment couldincrease the tire road contact point and the friction between the tire and the road surface,the anti-skid performance can be increased by 103%,and the decay speed is slow,the construction period is short,and the economy is good.
