本科人才培养质量评价:历史演化、现实困境及超越路径

摘要 当前,我国高等教育已经进入普及化阶段,由于高等教育工作者不同程度上具有精英化情结,加之教学质量保障工作的形式化和技术化、教学质量保障建设的科层化等原因,我国本科人才培养质量评价面临诸多发展困境。对此,高等教育应构建从“有效性”到“卓越性”的人才培养质量评价范式,重塑教学质量评价的价值,正视质量标准的适用区间,构建适切的教学质量文化治理体系,从而推动我国本科人才培养质量的持续提升,不断优化高等教育改革。 At present,China's higher education has entered the popularization stage.Due to varying degrees of elitism of college teaching staff,the pursuit of external formalization and technicalization of teaching quality assurance and the bureaucratic construction of teaching quality assurance,the evaluation of undergraduate talent cultivation quality is facing many development difficulties.So higher education should build an evaluation paradigm from"effectiveness"to"excellence",reshape the value of teaching quality evaluation,recognize the applicable range of quality standards,and build an appropriate cultural governance system for teaching quality,so as to achieve continuous improvement of talent cultivation quality and constantly optimize the reform of higher education.
