摘要
原始创新是国家发展实力的保障,也是大学基础学科拔尖创新人才培养的重要导向。在现实领域,我国面临着原始创新和拔尖创新人才培养之间分离过大、拔尖创新人才自主培养体系难以形成等困境。在已有的理论和实践范畴内,关注学业成就并对智力超群者的选拔成为拔尖创新人才培养制度设计上的起点,各类项目对学生“选优”的关注超越了创新素养的培育。值得关注的是,原始创新的发生机制已经发生了改变,引发其产生的不再是科学家的个人好奇与灵感,而与现代科学的组织协作形式、产业领域的技术需求密切相关。在人才实际培养过程中,大学需要将拔尖学生的创新素质、创新思维和创新能力激发出来。只有重新理解原始创新的发生机制,才能对拔尖创新人才培养产生导向作用。
Original innovation is a guarantee of national development strength and an important guide for cultivating top-notch innovative talents in basic disciplines of universities.In the practical field,China is facing the dilemma of excessive separation between the cultivation of primitive innovation and top-notch innovative talents,and the difficulty in forming an independent cultivation system for top-notch innovative talents.Within the existing theoretical and practical scope,focusing on academic achievement and selecting intelligent individuals has become the starting point in the design of top-notch innovative talent cultivation systems.The focus of various projects on"selecting the best"of students goes beyond the cultivation of innovative literacy.It is worth noting that the mechanism of original innovation has changed,and what triggers it is no longer the personal curiosity and inspiration of scientists,but closely related to the forms of organizational collaboration in modern science and the technological needs of industrial fields.In the actual cultivation process of university talents,it is necessary to stimulate the innovative qualities,innovative thinking,and innovative abilities of top students.Only by re understanding the mechanism of original innovation can we have a guiding role in cultivating top-notch innovative talents.
