新时代涉外法治人才的多语能力培养探索——中国政法大学的人才培养实践

Cultivation of multilingual competence for foreign-related legal talents in the New Era:The practice of China University of Political Science and Law

随着中国在全球治理中的地位提升,新时代涉外法治人才培养已成为我国高等教育领域的重要课题。本文在分析涉外法治人才多语能力培养问题和挑战的基础上,以中国政法大学外国语学院“一精多会、一专多能”人才培养实践为例,阐述了创新育人理念、优化课程结构体系、协同课堂内外教学、发挥校本优势和特色等多维度人才培养实践路径。涉外法治人才的多语能力培养实践可为相关高校外语教育改革提供有益参考,推动我国涉外人才培养质量提升。

With China's increasing influence on global governance,the cultivation of foreign-related legal talents in the New Era has become an important topic in the field of higher education.This paper discusses the challenges and issues of multilingual competence development for foreign-related legal talents,and taking the School of Foreign Studies of China University of Political Science and Law as an example,illustrates the talent cultivation practices of“proficiency in one language with multilingual competence and one specialty with multiple capabilities”.It dwells on a series of multidimensional approaches,including innovating educational philosophies,optimizing curriculum structures,coordinating learning inside and outside the classroom,and leveraging school-specific advantages and strengths.The cultivation practices of foreign-related legal talents may provide valuable insights for foreign language education reforms in relevant universities,thus collectively enhancing the quality of foreign-related talent cultivation in China.
