摘要
为测试并分析通丝的性能,对通丝及其中纤维的种类、结构形貌、力学性能、超分子结构,以及涂层的含量和主要成分进行测试。研究结果表明,通丝是由16股300 dtex/48 f的涤纶长丝编织而成的管状物,并包含一束44 dtex/6 f的黑色涤纶导电丝。通丝表面含有7.59%的涂层,主要成分为酯类化合物和润滑剂。该研究可为通丝的产品开发、生产加工、性能评价和实际应用提供理论和技术支撑。
In order to test and analyze the performance of the harness cord,the fiber types,structural mor⁃phology,mechanical properties,supramolecular structure,coating content and its main components of har⁃ness cord and its fibers were measured.The research results show that the harness cord is a tubular braid by 16 strands of 300 dtex/48 f polyester filament,including a bundle of 44 dtex/6 f black polyester conductive filament.The harness cord contains 7.59%of coating,and the main components are esters and lubricants.The finding scan provide the oretical and technical support for the product development,production and pro⁃cessing,performance evaluation and practical application of harness cord.
