摘要
针对聚丙烯腈(PAN)基碳纤维预氧化废气处理问题,介绍了吸附法、吸收法和燃烧法3种工艺方法的工业应用性,重点针对蓄热式燃烧(RTO)系统的设计和应用,依托PAN基高性能碳纤维中试生产线预氧化废气处理项目,依据RTO系统能量平衡关系,建立RTO系统天然气理论消耗量计算式,并从负荷运行时天然气消耗量进行核算验证,预氧化废气经过RTO系统825℃焚烧、一级喷淋塔处理后,废气排放满足排放标准要求。
Aiming at the pre-oxidation exhaust gas treatment of polyacrylonitrile(PAN)-based carbon fiber,introduced three process methods of the industrial application:adsorption,absorption and combustion,with emphasis on the design and application of regenerative thermal oxidizer(RTO)system,relying on the pre-ox⁃idation exhaust gas treatment project of PAN-based high-performance carbon fiber pilot production line,the calculation formula for theoretical natural gas consumption of RTO system was established according to the energy balance relationship,and the natural gas consumption during load operation was calculated and verified,the pre-oxidized exhaust gas was incinerated at 825℃by RTO system and treated by the firststage spray tower to meet the emission standard.
