碳纤维复合材料地铁车顶研制及应用

摘要 针对某地铁碳纤维复合材料车顶部件,采用设计—仿真—试验—制造—检测验证的复合材料正向开发方法,开展了材料级、典型试件级测试验证,研究了碳纤维复合材料车顶用材料、结构与实际工况要求的匹配性;通过随炉样件测试比较,得到了不同批次碳纤维复合材料车顶相应性能及离散系数数据,得出碳纤维复合材料地铁车顶成型制造工艺稳定且适用于批量制作;经内部质量检测证明,研发的碳纤维复合材料车顶部件满足内部质量要求,相较金属材料车顶部件可实现轻量化,对后续碳纤维复合材料地铁部件的小批量稳定生产具有一定指导意义。 For a subway carbon fiber composites roof component,using a forward development method of composites based on design-simulation-testing-manufacturing-inspection verification,the material level and typical specimen level testing and verification were conducted,the compatibility of carbon fiber com⁃posites roof materials,structures,and actual working conditions requirements were studied.By comparing the performance and dispersion coefficient data of different batches of carbon fiber composites roof through furnace sample testing,it is concluded that the manufacturing process of carbon fiber composites subway roof is stable and suitable for batch production.The internal quality inspection proves that the developed carbon fiber composites roof parts meet the internal quality requirements,and can achieve lightweight com⁃pared with metal roof parts,which has certain guiding significance for the stable production of small batch carbon fiber composites subway parts in the future.
