摘要
碳纤维复合材料具有高比强度、高比刚度、良好的可设计性等优点,在航空航天等工程领域得到了广泛的应用。碳纤维复合材料制备的各种梁类零件数量多、应用广,其中h形结构梁零件形状复杂,成型难度大,外形及厚度尺寸不易控制。采用热压罐工艺方法制造h形梁,从固化变形控制、三角区质量控制、R区及缘条质量控制三个方面进行研究,最后通过无损检测以及金相试验对零件进行检测,发现所使用的成型方法使零件质量满足要求。
Carbon fiber composites have been widely used in aerospace and other engineering fields due to their advantages of high specific strength,high specific stiffness and good designability.The number of vari⁃ous beam parts prepared by carbon fiber composites is large and widely used,among which the shape of hshaped beam parts is complicated,the molding is difficult,and the shape and thickness are not easy to con⁃trol.The h-shaped beam is manufactured by autoclave process.The control of curing deformation,quality control of triangle zone,quality control of R zone and quality control of edge strip are studied.Finally,the parts are tested by non-destructive testing and metallographic test,and it is found that the molding method used can meet the requirements of the parts quality.
