混杂纤维和粉煤灰掺量对混凝土力学性能的影响

摘要 为了降低单独掺入粉煤灰对混凝土力学性能的不利影响,对不同掺量聚丙烯-玄武岩混杂纤维和粉煤灰的混凝土开展了抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度试验,结果表明:粉煤灰的掺入能够明显降低养护不同时间混凝土试件的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度,并且其掺量越大,养护时间越短,强度降低的幅度就越大;混杂纤维的掺入能够明显提高养护不同时间混凝土试件的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度,并且随着其掺量的不断增大,强度均呈现出先升高后降低的趋势。研究结果认为混杂纤维的掺入能有效降低粉煤灰对混凝土力学性能的不利影响,但实际施工过程中应注意选择合适的纤维掺量。 In order to reduce the adverse effects of fly ash alone on the mechanical properties of concrete,compressive strength and splitting tensile strength tests were carried out on the concrete mixed with polypro⁃pylene basalt hybrid fiber and fly ash with different dosage.The results show that the addition of fly ash can significantly reduce the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete specimens cured at different times,and the greater the amount of fly ash,the shorter the curing time,the greater the reduction of strength.The addition of hybrid fibers can significantly improve the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete specimens cured at different times,and with the increasing of the amount of hy⁃brid fibers,the strength values show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The results show that the addition of hybrid fiber can effectively reduce the adverse effect of fly ash on the mechanical properties of concrete,but the proper fiber content should be selected in the actual construction process.
