雷帕霉素对短管赤眼蜂生物学特性的影响

摘要 研究以携带Wolbachia的短管赤眼蜂为试验材料,使用雷帕霉素喂食短管赤眼蜂,为明确雷帕霉素靶蛋白(TOR)途径受抑制下的短管赤眼蜂生物学相关特性。试验采用无水乙醇为溶剂设置200、400、600、800、1000、2000μmol·L^(-1)不同浓度雷帕霉素浓度连续喂食短管赤眼蜂3代。结果表明,雷帕霉素显著降低短管赤眼蜂寄生力,表现在各个浓度的F0代、F1代和F2代均有不同程度的降低,F1代降低最显著。400、600、800和2000μmol·L^(-1)浓度下显著降低了F1代蜂的寿命;400~800μmol·L^(-1)的雷帕霉素显著降低F3代的羽化率;各世代雷帕霉素处理对发育历期、子代蜂存活时间无显著影响;雷帕霉素没有改变孤雌产雌生殖短管赤眼蜂的生殖方式。 Trichogramma pretiosum carrying Wolbachia was used as experimental materials,and rapamycin was used to feed Trichogramma pretiosum,in order to clarify the biological characteristics of Trichogramma pretiosum under the inhibition of TOR pathway.Absolute ethanol was used as the solvent in the test,and the setting was 200,400,600,800,1000,2000μmol·L^(-1) different concentrations of rapamycin were fed continuously for 3 generations.The results showed that Trichogramma pretiosum parasitism was significantly reduced by rapamycin,as indicated by various levels of reduction in the F0,F1 and F2 generations at each concentration,with the most significant reduction in the F1 generation.The lifespan of F1 gibberellins was significantly reduced at 400,600,800,and 2000μmol·L^(-1) concentrations.Rapamycin at the concentration of 400-800μmol·L^(-1) significantly decreased the feathering rate in F3 generation.Rapamycin treatment in each generation had no significant effect on the developmental history or on the survival time of the Trichogramma pretiosum in the progeny.Rapamycin did not alter the mode of reproduction in parthenogenetic Trichogramma pretiosum.
