硅纳米管的各种应用研究进展

Progress in Various Applications of Silicon Nanotubes

硅纳米管是一种新型的一维纳米材料,对未来的科技发展具有重要作用。目前的报道多主要集中于硅纳米管的应用,较少有综述类关于硅纳米管各种应用的研究进展。本文综述了最近关于硅纳米管在电子学领域、纳米器件领域、生物医学领域及能源领域等方面的最新应用和发展前景,并且提出了几种关于硅纳米管在未来发展中可能会应用到的方向。通过本文对硅纳米管最新的研究叙述,希望能对硅纳米管在未来的应用和研究中有所帮助。

Silicon nanotubes are a new type of one-dimensional nanomaterials that play an important role in the future scientific and technological development.Although there has been reports on the applications of silicon nanotubes,the literature reviewing research progress on various applications of silicon nanotubes is currently very scarce.This work reviews recent applications and prospects of silicon nanotubes in electronics,nanodevices,biomedical and energy,and presents several directions where silicon nanotubes may be applied in future development.Through the latest research of silicon nanotubes,it is hoped to help them in the future applications and research.
