随着消费水平的提升,消费者对产品的需求方向有了更多要求。为提高产品品质、带动市场消费,牛仔面料的研发始终保持着创新,同时也在产品创新中保留复古风格。文章利用雅赛尔®纤维开发了柔软复古牛仔面料,主要从原料特点、产品设计、纺纱配比及质量控制、浆染工艺的改进与实施、织造工艺措施、整理工艺的优化等方面进行探究,最终达到预期的牛仔面料开发效果。

With the increased consumption levels,consumers put forward more diversified requirements for products.To improve product quality and drive market consumption,the research and development of denim fabrics has always been innovative while also retaining the retro style.By using Gracell®fiber to develop soft retro denim fabrics,the paper carries out research on the raw material characteristics,product design,yarn blending ratio,quality control,improvement of sizing and dyeing process,weaving process,and optimization of finishing process.In doing so,the expected effect of denim fabric development can be ultimately achieved.
